We can provide cleaning of HVAC piping and exhausts even in full operation!

We can significantly reduce the time required to shut down the entire production and thus the cost of cleaning the air conditioning and exhausts. Using the exhaust system, we can partially replace the central exhaust and extract dirt through high performance filters. We will create several inspection openings on the existing pipeline, necessary for the insertion of the cleaning device. We provide the openings with inspection doors, which are then used for inspection and subsequent cleaning. Providing the inspection openings, we avoid disassembly and subsequent complicated reassembly of the pipeline. We perform the cleaning with a gentle technology of dry ice blasting or mechanically with rotating brushes and subsequent suction.

If necessary, we also perform a final thorough disinfection of the pipeline.

The work procedure is as follows:
